How does the cotton candy vending machine work and what needs to be loaded into it?

Only two items need to be loaded: sugar (poured into the bins) and paper sticks. When a customer pays, the robot arm picks up a stick, the heater melts the sugar into silk threads, and the arm spins it into a cotton candy flower shape automatically.
